
Hibiscus Pickled Onions
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup MoninĀ® Monin Hibiscus Syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 red onion - thinly sliced

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl. combine the apple cider vinegar, warm water, hibiscus syrup, and salt and whisk until combined and the salt is fully dissolved.
- Add the thinly sliced red onions to the vinegar mixture.
- Let the onions soak for at least one hour and up to 24 hours before serving.
- Store under refrigeration for up to a week.
