Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL mezcal
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup
• 5 ea. mint leaves
• 1 oz. 30 mL pineapple juice
• Top with:
• 2 oz. 60 mL Prosecco Rosè

Glass: Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Pineapple leaves, Dragon fruit

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
